Dinn Bros., is PC & Mac based using the latest versions of Illustrator, Photoshop, & Corel Draw. Please convert all art & text to curves or outlines.

Always send copies of both screen & printer fonts as well as any linked graphics.

We prefer art to be emailed.

Please contact us if you have any artwork questions after reading the following:
On disk or via email we accept:

- .eps, or .ai files. Please convert all text and graphics to outlines or paths.
All artwork must be color separated by layer. Please include the exact PMS number if you need an exact match. Otherwise, the order may be on hold till we find out what imprint color they need or we will try to match as close to the artwork as possible.
- .eps files or high resolution.
TIF : Only can be used if doing a 4 color process graphic.
Must be done in CMYK format. Type must still be in vector format.
The resolution or dpi should be set at least 600 dpi when creating camera ready art.
- with text also converted to curves.

* No GIF, JPG , CGM ,PUB, BMP, DOC OR PICT Files * (the resolution is too low for an acceptable imprint)
* Send a laser printed proof with the disk.
If artwork is more than one color - send paper separations with the disk, and if it is full color - send a full color printout.

Note: Changing the file extension of a file not accepted to one of the above extensions does not make the file more usable. We actually need the file to be created as one of the above file types.

Camera/print ready artwork is artwork that can be scanned without further touch up, preparation or changes. All artwork should be color separated and registered to size. Having the right artwork makes all the difference in how your product will turn out. The highest quality, sharpest artwork will produce the best imprint on a product.
Since there are many different types of products and processes used to decorate them, there are also different methods of acceptable artwork formats. If the artwork sent is not completely camera/print ready and there is extensive work that needs to be done, we will let you know if it can be done and what additional charges would be involved to make it camera/print ready for you.
Production times listed may be delayed depending on the quality of artwork submitted to allow time for the graphics department to make the artwork camera-ready.

Final Logo When submitting a logo with multiple colors as the example above all colors should be seperated and converted to black and white. In this example there is red, yellow, and blue so there will need to be 3 color separations.. Below is an example of the camera ready logo.

Camera-ready art does not include faxed copies, letterhead, business cards, photocopies, hand sketches, imprinted merchandise, or any other artwork which needs to be touched up, color separated, or made one color - this includes clipart. However, the graphic artist that created the original artwork for you would probably have the original artwork on file that would be camera/print ready.
*We cannot accept artwork from websites ( .GIF,.BMP,.JPG,.PNG, etc.) as web graphics are low resolution and not suitable for imprinting purposes.*

If digital files are not supplied or a non accepted file type are sent & artwork needs to be retouched or created, there will be an additional $40.00 artwork fee. Our Special Services Department will contact you via email if additional charges apply.
