If the UPS tracking system indicates that it has no record of your package, it may mean that your order has not left Dinn Bros. or that you did not choose UPS as the shipping method for your order.

Tracking information is available for two weeks after your package is shipped. Dinn Bros. is not responsible for the maintenance or proper functioning of the UPS site that tracks our packages. That site is solely the responsibility of UPS.

Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipped to Hawaii are sent via FedEx Economy so they will not appear in the UPS tracking system. Orders shipped to Alaska are sent via USPS Priority Mail so they will not appear in the UPS tracking system. Please allow at least 2 business days for normal processing plus shipping time (3 days for Fedex Economy to HI and 3-5 days for USPS Priority Mail to AK).

Canada
Orders shipped to Canada are sent via UPS Standard or UPS expedited. Please enter only the first 5 characters of your zip code (not spaces) into the delivery zip code field above.
